The Floral Hotel Shinsaibashi Osaka was a great and clean place with an amazing location just a short walk to Dotonbori. The cafe/bar in the lobby was a convenient plus. The hotel's proximity to shopping, restaurants, and transportation made it extremely convenient.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There was also a convenient store nearby, which was useful for quick snacks and drinks. the hotel was easily accessible by public transport, with a train station just a few minutes away.

The sound insulation in some of the rooms was not great, as conversations from neighboring rooms could be heard quite clearly.

The hotel is conveniently located near multiple subway stations and food options. The rooms are modern with nice facilities, and staff are friendly and accommodating. There is a convenient store nearby, and the hotel was able to arrange an early check-in for us. the top floor suite is well-equipped and comfortable.

Great location in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and the bustling shopping district. The room was clean and came equipped with a mini-fridge and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering tips on local attractions and directions to nearby restaurants.

There was also a severe lack of sound insulation, with noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway often disturbing our rest. The bathroom facilities were very basic, with no toiletries provided, and the shower had poor water pressure.

We had a great stay at the hotel! Best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, the friendly staff, and the convenient location. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to help us with our requests. We also appreciated the location of this hotel, which was close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping centers.

They even went above and beyond when I had an issue with illegally parked bicycles, driving me to the police yard to retrieve them. The room was luxurious and clean, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the convenience of having a 24-hour supermarket and a cafe/bar in the lobby made my stay even more enjoyable.

During my recent stay at Floral Hotel Shinsaibasi, I was impressed with the new facilities and great location. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my late check-in at 4 AM due to a night flight to Osaka. The proximity to three subway stations and Shinsaibashi made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel's café/bar in the lobby was a pleasant bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and helpful staff.
